Due to the snowy conditions, we played medic dodgeball inside instead of snow hockey outside! Not sure why Leo started dabbing!!!
In preparation for our diary writing, we all stepped into the role of Maia, who is the main character in our story, Journey to the River Sea. We asked our partner questions and replied in role.

After filling their marble jar, Year 4 decided they'd like a pyjama party as their treat. As a special surprise, Mrs Hall had brought in a tasty selection of cheese and crackers to taste - a perfect way to end our Wallace and Gromit topic!
The cheese tasting had a varied response but the biggest surprise was how many children loved eating French Brie! This week, we will be learning about the 6 times table and the related division facts.
These are really good sites to practice - Make sure you choose the 6 times table. http://www.transum.org/Software/Fast_Factors/ http://www.transum.org/software/Game/TablesConga.asp Also, remember to use Times Table rockstars - this can be online or on an app on a tablet or phone. Five minutes a day can really make a difference! Year 4 had great fun creating sequences in our boxercise PE lesson today! This morning, Year 4 had a great discussion about the news that Prince Harry is going to marry his girlfriend. This led to a whole Royal Family tree clarification after it was suggested that Harry could be either the Queen's son or her brother!! Hopefully everyone is clear now and looking forward to following the news.
