Miss Macari works with a group of children every day in Reception Class. This week they have been writing some 'Under the Sea' stories. They were all amazing and we were very proud of them. They took their writing around the school to show off their brilliant work.
We had a wonderful day today on our Early Years Trip.
For once, the sun was very reliable and shined all day! We had a lovely time on the beach and then saw all of the animals we've been learning about in our "Under the Sea" topic. We all returned safe and sound and very sleepy from such a busy, but tiring day! We were super duper impressed with two of our Nursery girls this afternoon!
They independently made "a shark" and a "sea picture with a monster crab"! Mr Knighton was so impressed that he gave them one of his special stickers. This week we have been reading the story "Tiddler". We made our own Tiddler fish. We tricked Mr Knighton who thought we had real fish!
We are very lucky to have a football coach, Dan, who visits every Wednesday. He works with Nursery and Reception and helps them to develop early Football skills.
