I am in the train station. In the train station it is very busy with people trying to buy tickets to get on the train. There are three trains in the station. A grown up is stuck in a chimney. All the people are trying to get on an orange and brown train, it is a steamy one and the other one has a big bright light.
Good effort Lucy I can see train number one hundred and nine. There are lots of people with suitcases to travel. The ticket station looks very busy. I can see five numbers 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Now I can see a red and yellow train.
Well done Phoebie Train number 109 is carrying coal in it's carriage. On platform number 5 a man is pushing luggage through the platform. There was a man fixing train number 109 in platform 6. There was a sailor buying a train ticket. There were lots of families waiting to go on a train.
Thanks Alfie The trains are getting painted. The postman is giving out tickets. There are some children running around. People are rushing to get on the train. The two trains are waiting to get through the bridge.
Thanks William People are looking for the right number on the platform. There are lots of people waiting to go on trains to go on holiday or to work. There is a man on the platform pushing a trolley with bags on it. There are three people with uniform on at the station. There are two trains at the station one of them is a modern and the other is a steam train.Over the coming 2 weeks we will be looking at measures (capacity), 2d and 3d shapes, direction and symmetry. This is not HOMEWORK! Just some suggestions for work that might help you understand what we do in class a little better. Today we have researched all about Jackson Pollock. The children have enjoyed painting using his 'action painting' style and are really keen to find out more about him. We are planning to paint some large canvasses using his techniques. It could get messy! |
