On Monday morning at approximately 11:20am 2 people were seen breaking into the year 2 classroom to take books from our reading area!
The class quickly stepped in to help the police with their investigation by becoming detectives! First we looked for clues and considered who might have left them. Then we interviewed a witness asking open questions to get detailed answers. Then we put all of our information together in a police report. The police are still looking for the perpetrators, I wonder if we will hear from them again soon.
Our classroom is all patched up and back to normal again now though - phew!!
Have a look at the picture of the crime scene, can you spot any clues?
Time for a story?
We also had a visitor from The Seven Stories, to come and explore book with us, it was great fun! First we played some warm up games and shared the names of our favourite stories and characters with our class. Then we posed as our favourite characters, can you guess who we are pretending to be?
Well done to this weeks stars who were chosen for kindness to others and a super space newspaper report!
What can you do to be a star next week?
