Tonight was a little frightening!! It was our annual Halloween disco - a night for fun, shocks and scares . There were some amazing costumes from children and their parents. The highlight of the night was the 'mummy' game - children wrapping their parents in toilet rolls and kitchen roll to make the best Egyptian mummy. It was like being in the pyramids of Ancient Egypt! Well done everyone!
Well done everyone who was nominated as a Star of the Week in Achievement Assembly. You are all stars. Thank you to Kyle and Ethan for sharing their game of conkers with me. It was a trip down memory lane to my own days in junior school. It must be more than 30 years since I last played. Unfortunately, I was a little rusty and was well beaten by the boys. Well done to our Stars of the Week this week. As usual, it was great to hear the wonderful work and behaviour in school over the last 7 days. A huge number of children achieved Good to be Green pencils for their superb behaviour since September. These children have managed 35 days without a single yellow card - very inpressive and a credit to the school. |
