After writing news reports for 'Our School' Chronicle page, we converted these to TV news reports and presented them in the style of news readers. One day,a young girl called Ellie lived in a street called Newburn, it was a peaceful street and nobody could hear a sound. But one day me and my friends decided to go for a walk through the street. We heard rustling noises coming from the bushes..... we all were so scared we hid behind a wall, as we watched something jumped out! Phew it was only a Rabbit we thought it was an Alien or something daft like that. After all that drama we finally got to the shop bought some sweets and went into Keelys house to watch films.

http://gomersalstmarys.mrpitts.co.uk/2013/03/17/year-6-maths-revision-collections-shapes/ As the street light came on I looked outside and at the end of the road was a big dark house. My friend told me it was haunted so the next day I went to see it. I went down the road to see the house but it didn't look haunted in the daylight. I went to call on Fritz to come in the house with me while the owners were on holiday. We went in through an open window the the floor boards were loose, we fell down into the basement and there was a skeleton then we jumped out of our skins.
The prompt this week is five words, all of which need to be in your writing. It doesn’t matter what order they come in but they must all be there. The words are: Sandwich Grey Miserable Hyena Climb Please make sure you email this to me by Thursday. The WC closes its link on a Saturday.
